and im trying to open the cap and it wont open! what do i do?!I just bought maybelline cool effect cooling eyeshadow/eyeliner pencil?
Hit it with a hammer until it breaks openI just bought maybelline cool effect cooling eyeshadow/eyeliner pencil?
twist the lid until the wrapper breaks and then just pull the cap off and then rip the wrapper off. or if it is loose enough to just pul the cap off that is sometimes easier.
