why does it clump ?
i use 2 coats and i just recently bought it and it clumps up. is there a way to not make it clump? its new used it no more than 4 times

No I bought this mascara too and was sadly disappointed with the results. I would try putting in one eyedrop and shaking well it worked for me. If not just switch to something by Covergirl called volumeExact it works really wellMaybelline Volum Express Turbo Boost ?
It sounds like it was either just false advertising or a bad product.
